Invoices

DZR RACING will invoice the Client after completion of milestone(s) or the Project, unless otherwise noted in the Payment schedule. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the Project.

Payment methods

Payment will be made to the Business via cash, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business.

No refunds

The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the Goods unconditionally unless a claim that the Good(s) are defective is made within ONE MONTH from the date of delivery.

Warranty

No refunds will be provided for the work completed or services performed under this contract. Services or work completed are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship until 30 days after delivery.

We offer a 1 Year, 15,000 Miles, or {250 Hours} Warranty on all OEM and OEM Plus Engines. Due to the nature of high performance driving or racing we do not offer any warranty, expressed or implied, on anything over what DZR Racing determines to be above OEM Plus. The only Warranties offered for high performance engines are part manufacture warranties on only the failed part(s). Warranty is only provided if recommended part(s), processes, install shop(s), and tuner(s) are used. If these conditions are not meet the warranty will be void.

Project Abandonment or Termination

If a project is determined to fall abandon or terminated and the customer hasn't paid for all of the accrued expenses up to the date of contract termination DZR RACING will put the project into holding. While in holding DZR RACING will attempt to reach customer for payment every 30 days. After 120 days, if client hasn't been reached and/or sufficient payment has not been provided DZR RACING may assume ownership of all items associated with project.

Client will review work

The Client promises to review the work product, to be reasonably available to DZR RACING if the business has questions regarding this project, and to provide timely feedback and decisions.

Modifications

The Client and DZR RACING must agree to any changes to this contract in writing.

Termination of contract

If one of the parties chooses to end the Contract prior to Project completion, the Client is responsible for paying for all work and costs incurred up until that date.
