How it works
1. Decide what kind of project you'd like.
2. Send in your info and a description of the work you'd like to have done.
3. We look over the info and iron out any details or questions and send you an estimate.
4. You then bring us or send us your engine.
5. We'll take your engine, tear it down, clean it, then inspect all parts and tolerances.
6. If needed we'll adjust the work order after inspection then get to machining parts.
7. After machining we clean again then reassemble.
8. Then we do a final inspection and do an engine stand brake-in.
9. Finally, we notify you it's ready and we either ship it out or you can come pick it up.
FAQ
How long does a rebuild take?
It depends on parts supply and shipping times but right now it takes on average 6 to 8 weeks for a complete rebuild.
What are your shop rates?
Our rates are currently $125/hr. for mechanical, $150/hr. for Fabrication, and $180/hr. for Electrical.
